I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

No more excuses or procrastination
So I was watching Gilad this morning. I have decided not to postpone exercising so I did nothing. It is now time to not make excuses. I may have to exercise with Gilad. I no longer have the fear to exercise. That is a good thing.
