I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

Foot and ankle problems
I have exercised to the point where my thighs are sore. I have had problems also with walking and I also have had issues with my ankle. Which exercises are good for those with foot and ankle issues? That is something I need to do research on.
