I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

I don't wish to give up, but I am tired.
Right now, I am in a period of a lack of motivation. Giving up on exercise seems so easy now. However, I am frustrated and I won't do it. What is the use of buying equipment if I don't have the motivation to do so? I just don't feel like it today, but I won't complain. I just have to go out there and just do it, right? I guess that is the only way I can stay healthy and lose weight. Why am I like this? How could allow myself to lack the motivation that I so need? The last time I exercised was Monday. Despite my health risks, I have to go our there and just do it. I have gone too far to turn back.
