I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

What I will be doing in fact
I don't know exactly how many calories I have burned today, but a little can do some good. However, I am not just content with doing a stretch here and there. I have already made plans to exercise much tomorrow. In fact, I intend to exercise for at least 10-15 minutes per day but I will exercise much more than that. I just love to exercise my mind and my body.
