Reflection:
I have not worn the exercise watch today.  However I did walk around the nearest areas downtown.  I had a nice talk with the person who walked with me.  Sadly, I do not to give out the results because I wear that watch.  I didn't wear it because of the weather.  It was new, so I did not wear it.  I didn't want to get it wet or muggy since I have just purchased the watch a few days ago. I did explain the benefits of walking with a partner with the person who was walking with me.  It does help to gain support when one exercises. Holding oneself in a relationship as far as accountability goes a long way into helping those whose desire and need is to lose weight.
