I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

Saturday's results 8/16/14
I did pretty well today. This is considering the much needed breaks and the pressure on my left knee. I walked 2.4 mph for 15 minutes according to my pedometer. I burned 62 calories for 0.6 mph. That isn't too bad, but I know that I could do better.
