I'm back- exercise plan


This is a song that I have not gotten tired of listening to.  This is also a song to exercise to.  I could dance and sing to it.  As a matter of fact, I enjoy exercise.  I have no idea where to actually begin however.  I have been waiting for others to help me.  This time, I will help myself.  Here is something I can do.

Lift weights 5 minutes

Note: I think it is best time to put my money where my mouth is, sort of speak.  I will no longer be a beginner.
