I admit that this is not a traditional exercise blog. That is true. I am not a trainer, a fitness model, or even a chef. I am just a regular person who likes to blog. I would like to learn and also do health-oriented things such as exercise and healthy recipes.

Resting myself today
I am still a bit sore, but I am doing what I can to rest. It is frustrating as I tried to walk on sore muscles. Anything is better than sitting there doing nothing. Today I am resting my muscles, so I haven't made any plans to exercise today.
