My goal right now is to lose 60 pounds.  That is approximately how many pounds I have gained due to the PCOS.  I still would like to lose 100 + pounds, but that is just my goal at the moment.  I am more motivated than ever to exercise, lose weight, and take better care of myself.

This was yesterday's reflection.  This is today's reflection.  It hasn't changed much.  However, my goal is to still lose 60 pounds, for now.  60 pounds is my permanent goal, for now.  My goal is the lose 15 pounds at a time.  I did exercise today.  As a matter of fact, I walked.  I did not have my pedometer because well, it doesn't work.  I bought batteries as a result.  I hope that they would work.
