Reflection:
I did not exercise today.  The last thing I should do or say is procrastinate.  There was no excuse for me not to exercise except I wasn't feeling well.  I realize that that could be a good enough reason not to exercise. However, I have noticed that even with exercise, I feel better.  I won't take this with a grain of salt.
