My results and reflection based on today's activity 7/15/15

I did not exercise today.  However, taking dogs outside and picking up one of them in 90 degree weather can burn a few calories.  AS a matter of fact, I checked out the Calorielab website and I finally found this number based on how much I weigh:

This is the amount of calories, except for the fact that I was outside for between 15-30 minutes.  I calculated it to be between 28 and 85 calories.  According to one source I find that I have burned 60+ calories. That is good considering my diet.  I ate no healthy foods and this was my exercise for today.
