*  Unfortunately I did not get to exercise yesterday.  I no longer procrastinate, but I failed to exercise. Maybe today I needed however to take a longer break.  I had no idea I would be so out-of-shape this morning.  Yesterday's lack of exercise could be the reason.  I even had to wonder if the pedometer was wrong.  I just found it odd that the pedometer showed such low numbers, especially for the time I spent working out.
